Orders are processed within 3 - 5 business days. Delivery usually takes 5 - 10 days depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking details once your order ships. Please note, delivery delays can occur during peak seasons or due to courier issues.
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email support@samssakurapetals.com within 3 days with your order number and an unboxing video for review. We’ll respond in 2 - 3 business days. Refunds are processed within 7 - 10 business days only if a replacement can’t be made or delivery wasn’t possible due to service limitations. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note: change-of-mind returns, minor colour/size variations, and improper handling damage are not eligible for return.
No. Every design is completely hand-drawn from scratch using digital tools. We don’t use AI or tracing.
Once an order is confirmed, we begin processing it right away. Unfortunately, cancellations or changes aren’t possible after payment.
