Are your designs made using AI?
No. Every design is completely hand-drawn from scratch using digital tools. We don’t use AI or tracing.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Once an order is confirmed, we begin processing it right away. Unfortunately, cancellations or changes aren’t possible after payment.
Are your products handmade?
Yes! Each item is created from our original, hand-drawn digital artwork inspired by anime and crafted into beautiful handmade merch.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We pack every item carefully, but if something arrives damaged, please mail us within 48 hours with an unboxing video, and we’ll help resolve it right away contact@samssakurapetals.com
