Welcome to Sam’s Sakura Petals (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing or purchasing from samssakurapetals.com, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our website.

1. Handmade with Love

All our products are original fanart, digitally created by the artist.
We do not use AI or automated design tools.
Because each product is handcrafted, slight variations in color, size, or finish may occur — these natural differences make every item unique.

2. Copyright & Use

All artworks and designs displayed on this website are original fanart inspired by anime and manga.
We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any official studios, licensors, or trademark holders.
Products are for personal use only - resale, redistribution, or reproduction of our designs without written consent is strictly prohibited.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment through our secure payment partners, including Razorpay, PayU, and other approved processors.

We also offer Cash on Delivery with a mandatory advance payment:

A non-refundable advance of 40 percent of the total order value including shipping must be paid at checkout to place a COD order.
This advance is not refundable if:
- the order is refused at delivery
- the buyer changes their mind
- the address, contact details, or delivery attempt fails due to customer error
- there are courier delays outside our control
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified, as items are individually prepared for dispatch.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are packed with care and dispatched within the stated processing time.
Delivery times depend on your location and courier network coverage.
We currently ship within India using reliable courier partners.
If a delivery issue occurs (e.g., delay or loss), please contact us — we’ll work with the courier to resolve it as quickly as possible.

5. PIN Code Serviceability

All deliveries are subject to courier PIN code serviceability.
If your entered PIN code is not serviceable, your order will be automatically canceled, and a full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
We recommend verifying your delivery area’s serviceability before placing an order.

6. Returns & Replacements

Returns or replacements are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photo/video proof.
After verification, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
For COD orders, only the refundable portion applies if the claim qualifies. The 40 percent advance remains non-refundable unless the product is verified as damaged under our Return and Refund Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for delays or losses caused by courier services or customer-provided address errors.
We are not responsible for damages due to improper use or storage.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of your purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that order.

9. Preorders & Made-to-Order Items

Certain products on our store are sold as preorder or made-to-order items. These products are produced in batches based on demand and may have longer processing and delivery timelines than regular in-stock items. By placing an order for such items, you acknowledge and agree to the extended fulfillment time. Estimated dispatch timelines are shared for reference and may vary due to production or logistical factors.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
