At Sam’s Sakurapetals, we take great care to ensure that each item is handcrafted, inspected, and securely packaged before dispatch. As our products are handmade and produced in limited quantities, we operate under a strict no-return policy except in cases where the item has been damaged during shipping.

By completing a purchase on samssakurapetals.com, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.


1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

A return or replacement request will be accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged during transit, or arrived in a defective condition; and

  • The buyer contacts us within 3 calendar days of delivery; and

  • The buyer provides verifiable proof of the issue, including an unboxing video and clear photographs of the damage.

Once the claim is reviewed and approved, Sam’s Sakurapetals may, at its sole discretion, issue a replacement or refund of the affected item.


2. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

Except as expressly stated in Section 1, all sales are final. Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not permitted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or incorrect order placement by the buyer.

  • Minor variations in color, pattern, or size - as such variations are expected in handmade products.

  • Damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, or exposure to water, heat, or external factors after delivery.


3. Cash on Delivery Orders and Advance Payment

We offer Cash on Delivery with a mandatory advance payment:

  • A non-refundable advance of 40 percent of the total order value including shipping must be paid at checkout to confirm a COD order.

  • This advance amount is not refundable under any circumstances, including:

    • Refusal to accept the parcel at delivery

    • Change of mind

    • Incorrect address provided

    • Delayed delivery due to courier conditions outside our control

If the order is damaged during shipping and the claim is approved under Section 1, the advance amount will be adjusted toward a replacement or refund.


4. Reporting a Damaged Product

To initiate a return or replacement request for a damaged item, the buyer must:

  1. Contact support@samssakurapetals.com within 3 calendar days of delivery.

  2. Provide the order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photo/video evidence showing the damage and original packaging.

Failure to provide sufficient proof or to contact us within the specified period will render the claim invalid.


5. Refunds

If a replacement is not possible, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refund terms:

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after claim approval.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

For COD orders, only the refundable portion (if applicable under Section 1) will be returned. The 40 percent advance remains non-refundable.


6. Order Cancellations and Delivery Exceptions

  • Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they are confirmed, as each item is custom-prepared for dispatch.

  • If the delivery address or PIN code is not serviceable by our courier partner, the order will be automatically canceled and a full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

  • In the event that an order is lost or undelivered due to a verified courier issue, we will arrange a replacement or refund upon confirmation from the courier service.


7. Exchanges

Product exchanges for different designs, colors, or characters are not supported. Each product batch is limited edition and individually produced.

All products sold by Sam’s Sakurapetals are original, hand-drawn fanart merchandise. Each item is individually crafted and may contain minor variations that are characteristic of handmade work. Such variations do not constitute defects and are not eligible for return or refund.
